PKR89 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players on Our Platform

By accessing pkr89, creating an account, depositing funds, or using any game or service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkr89.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service provided by pkr89. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all users of pkr89 regardless of your location within Pakistan. In the event of any dispute about the interpretation of a specific clause, the English-language version is the definitive reference.

To register and play on pkr89 you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pkr89 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we discover that an account holder is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, any balance returned and all winnings voided.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering as an individual for personal recreational use — not on behalf of a company, syndicate, or any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of pkr89 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pkr89 under these Terms.

Each person is permitted to hold one account on pkr89. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances or winnings forfeited.

When registering your pkr89 account, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that matches your national identity documentation. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your mobile number changes, you must update it through the account settings or contact pkr89 support promptly.

• Your pkr89 login credentials are personal and must not be shared with anyone else.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkr89 support immediately at support@pkr89.biz.
• Accounts registered using false information may be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.

pkr89 carries out verification checks as part of the registration process and may request additional documentation at any stage of your use of the platform. Providing false documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

Deposits to your pkr89 account can be made using the following payment methods: Easypaisa JazzCash NayaPay SadaPay IBFT Visa/Mastercard

• The minimum deposit on pkr89 is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit, though your payment provider may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your pkr89 wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. pkr89 does not hold deposits in a pending state under normal circumstances.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits into your account from another person's payment method, is not permitted.
• pkr89 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your provider before depositing.
• pkr89 reserves the right to request proof that the depositing payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal from that deposit source.

You may withdraw funds from your pkr89 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet within 5 minutes of the request under normal operating conditions. IBFT bank transfers follow standard banking processing times. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow card network timelines.
• Your pkr89 account must be fully verified before a withdrawal is processed. Verification may require submission of a copy of your CNIC or other acceptable identity document.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. pkr89 does not permit third-party withdrawals.
• Bonus funds and the winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in bonus funds being voided.
• pkr89 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for additional security checks if the request is flagged for review. In such cases pkr89 will contact you within 24 hours.

pkr89 runs promotions and bonuses throughout the year, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions and event-specific promotions tied to Pakistani holidays and cricket seasons. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet on pkr89 and are distinct from your real-money balance.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is published on each promotion's terms page. If no wagering requirement is specified, the default is 10× the bonus amount.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game. Aviator, slots and roulette typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; Teen Patti and Poker may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• pkr89 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is ended early, pkr89 will honour bonus amounts already credited subject to their original wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts is a breach of the one-account rule and the single-bonus rule simultaneously.

Each game category on pkr89 — Ludo Games, Slots, Teen Patti, Poker, Virtual Sports, Aviator Game and Roulette — operates according to its own published game rules in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for reading the applicable game rules before placing any bet.

• Bets placed and confirmed by pkr89 are final. Once a game round has started and a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — pkr89 will use its technical logs to determine the status of the round. Where a clear result is determinable, it will be applied. Where it is not, stakes will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and per table on pkr89. These limits are displayed on the game interface before you place a bet.
• pkr89's RNG games use a certified random number generator audited by an independent testing laboratory. The RTP for each game category is published and matches the audited figures.
• Aviator on pkr89 uses a provably fair algorithm. The crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic seed before the round begins and can be verified after the round using the tools in your pkr89 account.
• Live Dealer games are recorded. In the event of a dispute, pkr89 may use game recordings to adjudicate. The decision of pkr89 on such disputes is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr89 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Providing false personal information during registration or at any verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with pkr89's games or platform.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any game where collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or credits to transfer value to another player's account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in pkr89's systems for personal gain. Any such bugs must be reported to support@pkr89.biz immediately upon discovery.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or processing deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another person.
• Any activity that pkr89 reasonably considers to be money laundering or linked to illegal activity.

pkr89 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where we have reason to believe that a player's activity is illegal or connected to financial crime, we will freeze the account, preserve all relevant records, and report as required by applicable law.

pkr89 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help players stay in control of their activity on the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can add to your pkr89 wallet. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure timed reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite suspension of your pkr89 account. During a self-exclusion period your account cannot be used to deposit, withdraw or place bets.

• pkr89 is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data.
• pkr89's total liability to any individual player in connection with any event shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pkr89 is not responsible for your personal tax obligations arising from winnings on the platform. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
• pkr89 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game. All games involve risk and you may lose your entire stake.

You may close your pkr89 account at any time by contacting support@pkr89.biz. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.

pkr89 reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that you are under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that you registered more than one account.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that pkr89 determines in its reasonable judgement to be harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by pkr89 for breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. pkr89 will inform you of the reason for closure unless doing so would prejudice a fraud or law enforcement investigation.

pkr89 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkr89 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect — except where urgent changes are required for legal, security or regulatory reasons, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
